BIPOC Poetry Night is an event series in Harlem, New York. It was created as a space to give voice, empowerment, and community to BIPOC writers uptown. Our original event brings in 2-3 featured artists, all self published or small press published, to read their work for 15 minutes afterwards, the floor opens up to an open mic for the rest of the audience. Other events in the series have included a poetry slam, and writing workshops.
